Welcome to Ms. Ledesma's Second Grade Class!
Every month, students are given a virtue home project and a poem to memorize. They will present their virtue home project the day it is due in class, and then a second time in their communities during the Virtue Assembly. Students will also recite their poem to the school during the Virtue Assembly. Please work on virtue home projects with your students and practice reciting their poem throughout the month.
This month's virtue is zeal and this month's saint is St. Paul. Zeal means being driven by an intense love for God. Virtue project is due on Wednesday, May 27. This month's poem is Blessed Mary, Ever Virgin, Mother of Jesus Christ by Dr. John Celes.
